The Art of Assembly Language

Randall Hyde , The Art of Assembly Language
No Starch Press | ISBN: 1886411972 | September 2003 | CHM | 928 pages | 16MB

This is a practical and comprehensive guide to assembly language. It presents assembly language from the high-level programmer's point of view, allowing the reader to start writing meaningful assembly language programs immediately.

As many of you who are interested in assembly language know, Randall Hyde's book has long been available for FREE download in both PDF and CHM formats from http://webster.cs.ucr.edu/AoA/index.html, with separate versions for Windows32, Linux and 16-bit DOS.

What you download from there is the 2002 version, which is very similar to the 2003 version put out by No Starch Press. In fact, Randall Hyde explains "The published edition (from No Starch Press) is "OS-neutral" and is suitable for study under either Linux or Windows. The published edition is an updated and abridged version that beginners may find more suitable for their studies."
